HOW TO MAKE YOUR FAVORITE SWIMSUIT LAST LONGER?
We recommend that you do not wear your bikini in treated spa baths, over-chlorinated, and overheated spas and pools, as this may cause the colors to fade quicker.
Some sunscreen lotions, fake tanning products, and dark tanning oils may mark and damage your bikini. Please take extra care when using these products and ensure they are completely dry before coming in contact with your bikini.
HOW TO WASH YOUR BIKINI
#1. Rinse right away
If you have been in the ocean or pool, as soon as you take off your bikini, rinse it in cold water. The longer the fabric sits with the saltwater or chlorine, the more likely it will stink and the colors to fade.
#2. Hand wash
Only hand wash your bikini after wearing with cold water, using a mild, gentle soap.
When handwashing, please do not use harsh laundry detergent, fabric softener, or bleach. The chemicals in these products are too harsh for your bikini and strip the dyes, causing the colors to fade. Never leave to soak.
#3. Lay flat to dry
Please do not put your bikini in the dryer, or wring them out to dry, as these can cause your bikini to lose shape and stretch out. Do not leave rolled up wet. Instead, drip dry or lay them flat on a towel to dry indoors or in the shade. Do not place in direct sunlight to dry; it could cause your bikini colors to fade. Do not hang a swimsuit on a metal rod to dry. Hanging can alter the garment’s shape, while the metal rod could leave a rust mark that’s impossible to get out.
HOW TO REMOVE STAINS FROM YOUR BIKINI
If you get a stain on your bikini, avoid spot treatments and instead sprinkle baking soda onto the stain, let it sit for an hour or two, and then hand wash.
Store in a dry place with proper ventilation.
Please do not store inside a sealed plastic bag, as this does not allow the fabric to breathe.
